When you join Vavela Rewards, place an order, make a reservation, apply for a role, or subscribe to our updates, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, phone number, email address, birthday (if shared), and order history.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfill your orders and reservations, credit and redeem rewards points, send updates you've asked for, and make your next visit better than the last. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information with the service providers who run our operations — our point-of-sale and loyalty platform (Toast), reservation tools, and email services — only as needed to serve you.

Your choices

You can update your profile, opt out of marketing, or ask us to delete your account at any time — in your account settings or by writing to admin@vavela.com.
